Veal Scallopini Marsala - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sliced mushrooms
5 oz. butter
juice of 2 lemons
2 1/2 c. brown sauce
2 lb. veal, in 2 x 3-inch pieces
salt and white pepper
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp. flour
5 Tbsp. shallots
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. Marsala wine
Preparation

Saute mushrooms in butter. Add juice of 2 lemons and brown sauce. Set aside.
