Manhattan Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 cups soft breadcrumbs
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix beef, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs parsley and salt.
    Shape into 1-inch balls and brown in frying pan.
    Or bake until cooked through.
