Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    1 stick butter
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. sifted plain flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    6 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat Crisco and butter until very fluffy.
    Cream with sugar. Add eggs, 2 at a time.
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder together.
    Alternate flour mixture with milk.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0 and then bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
