Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium potatoes
1 medium onion
1 small bell pepper
4 medium sweet pickles
4 boiled eggs
1 small can pimento
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation

Peel, dice and cook potatoes until done.
Dice green pepper, onion, pickles and boiled eggs.
In large bowl, mix all together, except potatoes, leaving those until cooled.
When potatoes have cooled to lukewarm, mix all together and serve.
