Ingredients

1 1/4 c. crushed cornflakes cereal
1/4 c. sesame seed
3/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
dash of red pepper
1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. honey
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up and skinned
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl; set aside. Combine yogurt and honey.
Dip each piece of chicken in yogurt mixture.
Dredge in cornflakes mixture.
Place chicken in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Drizzle with butter.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and golden brown.
