Squash Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1/2 stick margarine, softened or 1/4 c.
2 c. raw squash (zucchini or yellow), grated
Preparation

Mix well first six ingredients.
Add grated squash.
Mix well. Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 until golden brown or until pie is firm, approximately 45 minutes.
Tastes like coconut pie.
