No Knead Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening or oil
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 pkg. yeast
Preparation
Dissolve yeast in water; if you plan to bake immediately, water should be lukewarm. If you plan to store dough in refrigerator for
later use, dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water and cold water for the other 1 1/4 cups. Sift flour and sugar together. Cut in solid shortening or oil. Add yeast water. Since this recipe gives you a rather sticky dough, mix using a sturdy spoon (wooden is fine) until well blended. Keep stirring until dough forms elastic-like strands when you pull spoon out. Place dough in well-greased bowl; cover. If you want hot rolls tonight, let rise 30 minutes. If you want to bake later, cover bowl well and put into refrigerator.
