Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. broken corn tortilla chips
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In bowl, mix meat with 1/2 can tomato sauce and remaining ingredients; set remaining tomato sauce aside.
    Shape meat mixture into a loaf and place in shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour; drain.
    Pour reserved tomato sauce over meat loaf and bake 5 minutes longer.
    Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
    Makes 6 servings.
