Candied Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. water
    1 lb. pecans
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat egg white and water in a large bowl until frothy. Add pecans and mix well. Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add to nut mixture.
    Place on buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 225\u00b0 for 1 hour. Turn every 15 minutes.
