Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
4 c. grated carrots
1 1/4 c. oil
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix together and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
