Blueberry Buckle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder *
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 c. fresh blueberries
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    *Sulfate-phosphate (double-action) type.
    Use 4 teaspoons tartrate or phosphate type.
