Spanish Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 large can tomato paste
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cooked noodles or macaroni (I use macaroni)
    1/2 lb. grated medium sharp cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat in small amount of cooking oil in frying pan. Drain excess grease.
    Add chopped onion when meat is partially browned.
    To this mixture, add tomato paste, corn, salt and pepper to taste and a dash of sugar.
    Allow this mixture to simmer a few minutes, then add the cooked noodles or macaroni.
    Place in large casserole dish (13 x 9-inch) and cover with grated cheese.
    Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0), uncovered, long enough to melt cheese.
