Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1/4 lb. margarine (1 stick)
    1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Over medium-high heat in a medium sized frying pan, melt the margarine.
    Add the parsley and onion and saute until the onion is tender.
    Add the lemon juice and garlic; stir and continue to saute, about another 5 minutes.
    Add the shrimp and salt.
    Stir to mix well.
    Saute until the shrimp are opaque and turn pinkish, about 5 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
