Oven-Baked Potato Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) raw potato
    1 tsp. corn or olive oil
    1 tsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Scrub potato.
    Cut lengthwise into strips, about 1/2-inch thick.
    Pat strips dry with paper towel.
    Toss strips with oil in bowl.
    Spread strips in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Turn strips every 5 to 6 minutes during cooking process to allow for even browning.
    Toss with Parmesan cheese.
    Yields 1 serving.
    Serving size is 1 (3 ounce) potato.
