Ingredients

whole graham crackers
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. evaporated Carnation milk
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped pecans
1 small can Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with whole graham crackers.
In saucepan, put the margarine, sugar, beaten egg and Carnation milk. Bring to good boil, stirring constantly.
When it begins to thicken, remove from heat.
Add the graham cracker crumbs, chopped pecans and coconut; mix well.
Spread on graham crackers.
Put another layer of whole graham crackers on top.
Cool, then top with frosting.
