Quick Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cube steak
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 envelope brown gravy mix
    2 green peppers
    1 large onion
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut steak, green peppers and onion into 1/2-inch strips. Brown in 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet, stirring frequently. Stir in 1 cup water, brown gravy mix and soy sauce.
    Cover; simmer 10 to 15 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
    Serve with rice.
    Serves 4 to 6.
