Zucchini Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small or 3 medium zucchini
    1 carton (8 oz.) sour cream
    3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. chopped chives
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Slice zucchini crosswise and boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Drain and cool.
    Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients.
    Layer zucchini in 2-quart buttered casserole alternating with sour cream mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
