Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta
    1/2 lb. Cheddar
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped fine
    2 pods garlic, sieved
    1 1/2 c. pecans (reserve 1/2 c.)
    dash of chili powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients at room temperature. Form into a ball and roll in reserved pecans.
