Lemon Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. lemon extract or 2 Tbsp. lemon peel
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. poppy seed
2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar and oil.
Beat well.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Add alternating with milk.
Add poppy seed and flavoring.
Bake 45 to 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool 10 minutes and remove from bread pan.
