Mexican Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. mustard
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 tsp. pepper sauce
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. garlic powder
    1/2 to 1 jalapeno pepper
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook first 2 ingredients over low heat for 1 minute.
    Add paprika, mustard, chili powder, cumin, catsup and pepper sauce. Mix well.
    Add milk, garlic powder, chopped jalapeno and Velveeta cheese, sliced up for easier melting.
    Cook over low heat and stir until it begins to thicken.
