Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg whites very stiff and add 1/2 sugar.
    Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon color.
    Add remainder of sugar, lemon juice and rind; fold whites into yolk mixture.
    Sift flour and salt; fold into egg mixture.
    Bake in ungreased pan for 1 hour.
    First 15 minutes bake at 300\u00b0, gradually increase temperature to 350\u00b0 for the last 45 minutes.
