Double Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. margarine, softened
1 egg
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. quick cooking oats
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Mix sugar, margarine, egg, water and vanilla.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls, about 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake until almost no indentation remains when touched, 10 to 12 minutes, in a 350\u00b0 oven. Remove immediately from cookie sheet.
Makes about 5 dozen.
