Peanut Butter Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
    3 Tbsp. butter or oleo, softened
    1 lb. white confectioners coating or white chocolate
Preparation
    In bowl, combine first 3 ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Shape into 1-inch balls and place on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet.
    Chill for 30 minutes or until firm.
    Meanwhile, melt white coating in double boiler or microwave-safe bowl.
    Dip balls and place on waxed paper to harden.
    Yield:
    2 dozen.
