Smoked Sausage And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. smoked sausage
1 can sauerkraut
1 tsp. cooking oil
1/2 pt. water
1 large potato, grated
salt to taste
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 onions, chopped
Preparation
-
Heat oil in skillet and fry chopped onions.
Add sauerkraut and simmer a few minutes.
Add the water and sausage; cook until done. Add the grated potato, salt and sugar.
Cook 45 minutes longer.
