Feather Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cakes yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
1/3 c. shortening
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
1 egg
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar.
Let stand for 20 minutes.
Scald milk, then add remaining ingredients.
Store in tight container in refrigerator overnight.
Roll out like cinnamon rolls.
Spread with butter.
Roll and slice, then put in a muffin tin.
Let rise for 2 hours.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
