Barbecued Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
3 Tbsp. chopped onions
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 small can evaporated milk
2/3 c. oats
2 eggs
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Shape into balls and brown in skillet.
Drain off liquid, pour barbecue sauce over meatballs and simmer for 20 minutes.
