Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (long grain)
    1/2 stick margarine, melted in dish
    1 can French onion soup
    1 can beef consomme
    1 small can sliced mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Debone chicken breasts.
    Cut into long strips and pound to tenderize.
    Dip into milk and egg mixture.
    Roll into Italian bread crumbs and flour.
    Fry quickly in 1/4-inch deep olive oil. Serve with melted butter, fresh lemon or lime slices and fresh tomatoes.
