Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
2 sq. (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. biscuit baking mix
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 1 minute.
Pour mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
Cool completely before serving.
Serve topped with whipped cream, nuts, cherries or chocolate sprinkles.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
