Fresh Apple Cake (With Shortening) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2-1/2 c. flour
2 c. finely chopped apples

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, salt, milk, flour and apples. Turn into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Mix topping and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
