Irish Cocoa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chilled whipping cream
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. cocoa
4 c. water
1/2 Carnation Irish cream (from the dairy case)
Preparation

Beat whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla in chilled small mixer bowl until stiff.
Refrigerate.
Prepare cocoa as directed; add 2 tablespoons of cream for each cup.
Pour cocoa in mugs.
Top with whipped cream.
