Spicy Honey-Roasted Peanuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. raw skinned peanuts
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except peanuts and mix well.
    Add peanuts and stir until well coated.
    Spread in a shallow baking pan. Roast 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Stir once or twice.
    Cool.
    Makes 3 cups.
    Contains 60 calories per tablespoon.
