Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. good corn (whole kernel), drained
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    8 to 10 crushed saltine crackers
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk. Add sugar, butter and corn. Add chopped onion. Put in enough crackers to take up some of the moisture. Salt and pepper to taste. Balance of crackers go on top of the mixture after it is placed in an 8 x 8-inch casserole dish. Top with pats of butter. Sprinkle on paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour (depending on your oven).
