Crunch Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 large baking potatoes, pared and cut into 1 1/2-inch slices
3/4 c. corn flakes
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Melt butter in a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch pan.
Add single layer of sliced potatoes; turn once in butter.
Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over the potatoes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, or until done and tops are crisp.
Serve hot.
