Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (12 oz.) cans white Shoe Peg corn
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 jalapeno
Preparation

Let margarine and cream cheese stand to room temperature until soft.
Cream together.
Remove seeds from jalapeno and dice. Combine all ingredients in casserole dish and bake or microwave until creamy.
