Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal (self-rising)
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix corn meal, flour, egg and buttermilk until creamy.
    Blend. Pour vegetable oil into pan.
    Coat bottom of pan.
    Pour remaining oil into mixture and stir.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
