Ingredients

1/2 c. egg substitute
1/4 c. skim milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
4 slices reduce calorie bread
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl.
Mix well.
Coat nonstick skillet with Pam.
Drip bread in egg mixture and put in skillet. Brown on both sides.
Makes 4 slices.
