Spaghetti Sauce(Canning Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
2 gal. tomatoes
2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. parsley
2 bay leaves
4 onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic
2 tsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. basil leaves
3/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Put oil, onions and garlic in large pot; cook for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients.
Mix together and bring to a boil; simmer for 2 hours, or until thick.
Remove bay leaves.
Pour into jars and seal.
Set aside for seal to complete.
Eat in 2 months.
