Pan Fried Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. crushed crackers
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste out of small can
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all together (exept for tomato paste and water).
    Put 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and 1/4 cup water in a frying pan.
    Make hamburger patties round and 1/2 inch thick.
    Put in pan.
    Put remaining tomato paste on top of meat patties.
    Fry slow for 3 or 4 minutes.
    Turn over; fry 3 or 4 minutes.
    Make sure both sides are brown.
    Turn heat to simmer for about 10 minutes.
    Makes 4 big burgers.
