Coca-Cola Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Bing cherries, drain and reserve
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain and reserve
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry jello
1 c. pecans, chopped
13 oz. Coca-Cola
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, well chilled
Preparation

Heat juices from cherries and pineapple.
Dissolve jello in hot juices.
Add Coca-Cola.
Let stand until slightly thickened. Add cherries (cut in half), pineapple and nuts.
Grate cream cheese and add to mixture.
Chill until firm.
Cut in squares and serve on lettuce leaf.
Serves 15.
