Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 very small green pepper
    1/2 onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. corn
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 c. dried bread cubes
    2/3 c. buttered cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook pepper, onion and butter until soft.
    Stir often.
    Add flour, mixed with seasonings and stir until well blended.
    Add milk gradually, stirring constantly; bring to boil and add corn, egg yolk and bread cubes.
    Turn into buttered casserole; cover with cracker crumbs and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until crumbs are browned.
