Veal Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cubed veal, round steak or venison
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 large onion
    chicken with rice soup
    cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. frozen peas, cooked per pkg. directions
    1 can mushrooms
    1/3 c. uncooked rice (not instant)
Preparation
    Brown meat, celery and onion.
    Add remaining ingredients and 1 1/2 cups of juice from peas and mushrooms.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
