Bread Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (105~ to 115~) water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. soft butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/4 c. flour
    4 c. water
    5 Tbsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Dissolve the yeast in the 1 cup warm water.
    Add 1 1/2 cups flour, butter, salt and sugar and beat for 3 minutes.
    Add 1 1/4 cups flour.
