Barbecue Beef Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 well trimmed 3 1/2 to 4 lb. beef brisket
1 c. liquid smoke
Barbecue Sauce (see recipe)
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Line Pyrex oblong dish with heavy aluminum foil, leaving an overhang on both sides.
Place brisket, fat side up, in pan and sprinkle with liquid smoke and powders.
Fold up foil and crimp to seal.
Marinate overnight, if possible, but not a must!
