Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box chopped frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed by hand
    4 or 5 spring onions and tops, chopped
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped
    1 box dehydrated vegetable soup mix (Knorr on gourmet food shelf)
    1 1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt
    1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
Preparation
    Mix and refrigerate.
    Keeps well for 2 weeks.
