Philly Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep dish graham cracker crust
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. lemon rind
    3 eggs
    1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Mix softened cream cheese, sugar, flour, lemon juice and rind, mixing at medium speed or in food processor until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time; keep mixing.
    Pour over crust.
    Bake at 300\u00b0.
    Start checking for doneness after 45 minutes.
    Cool, garnish with pie filling and serve.
