Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls (8 count each)
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (lite or low-fat may be used)
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix
    3/4 c. mayonnaise (lo-cal may be used)
    3/4 c. each or slightly less, chopped small: green peppers, tomatoes (meat only; discard seeds), cauliflower, broccoli, onions, shredded carrots, radishes and shredded Cheddar cheese (a must)*
