Pumpkin Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs or 8 egg whites
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. canola oil
    1 can pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. each nutmeg, cloves, ginger and salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs til frothy. Add next five ingredients and mix well. Add soda, baking powder and flour. Pour into 11 x 13 jelly roll pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
