Tater Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Wash potatoes.
    Cut in quarters.
    Mix egg and milk.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Dip potatoes in milk and egg mixture.
    Coat with flour.
    Deep fry until golden brown.
