Corn Meal Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. corn meal
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. milk
    2 pkg. yeast powder
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. warm water
    2 eggs
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine corn meal, 1/3 cup sugar, salt, margarine and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick in a large saucepan.
    When cool, add yeast which has been dissolved with 1 teaspoon sugar and 1/4 cup warm water.
    Add eggs and beat until mixed.
    Add flour and knead until elastic.
    Let rise to double.
    Make rolls out and let rise.
    Bake 20 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
