Mary Ann'S Best Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage (low-fat)
6 eggs
1 c. milk
5 potatoes, sliced and peeled
1 chopped onion
1 c. chopped Swiss cheese
season to desired needs
Preparation

Cook and drain sausage.
Use the same pan to cook potatoes and onion until transparent.
Put potato and onion mixture and sausage together in a baking dish.
Top with cut up Swiss cheese.
Beat eggs and milk together.
Pour mixture of eggs and milk over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 to 40 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
